Biopsy is over and done. Never want to go through that again. Drove myself home crying the entire time. So I have a half day off of work. Going to check out the disney store online sale.

Nothing new with planning. I looked at the new August hours. Not many changes but I do get an extra hour at AK that I am happy about.

I think once we learn the names of people on here that it is easy to no longer read the disname. When I see yours I think D or your name. Same with anne and ruthie. My brain reads this disname and links it to real name and I pay little attention to what the disname stands for.

Went to Target yesterday. I had my travel pharmacy list with me. I found most of it. They had a deal on pepto. Buy 3 get a target gift card. We never seem to need pepto except at disneyland. A kiddo with an upset tummy is not having fun. I couldn't find moleskin or ear plugs. But it looked like most of their otc meds were on sale. I also picked up a few more disney giftcards. I am going to get my packing cubes out and start packing or at least labeling. Jacob, Chels and I keep wearing our disney clothes so I should do laundry and set those aside. My disney box is overflowing. A month and few days left.

Chelsea was sooo excited for Disney's Teen Beach Movie. She is 9. So the whole family got to watch it with her. I survived. That is one I don't want to see again. She recorded it and will be practicing and learning the dance moves. She so wants to do the dance party at Typhoon Lagoon.

I need to work on Jacob and Marissa's autograph books. All Jacob requested is that it has the spiral at top.

I am going to read a few more threads and then get on with my day.

31 days from now, we will be packing up the car and heading up to Portland, OR for the night so we can get up super early for our flight the next morning. I am doing laundry. Grabbing all the disney clothes from the kids and washing it. Then going to hide them until the trip. Well off to the next kid's room.

I will start with good news first. The pathology results are back and it was benign. No polyps, tumors or cancer.

I don't have any bad news to share. I started to pack Chelsea last night. We had a total of 14 t-shirts (all Disney), plus two skirt/t-shirt sets (also Disney), 2 Disney nightgowns and 2 Disney bathing suits. One is a little too small and I am hoping we can find someone that is a 7/8 (kids) to give it to. It is a Minnie Mouse 2-piece. I decided I need to buy more packing cubes from eBags. I have 4 different colors. That way everyone can pack a few outfits in each and then we will spread out the packing cubes amongst the various suitcases.

One month from now we will be on a plane to Florida. I cannot wait.

I am off to check eBags and Amazon for last minute things.

Today started out ordinary. Jacob and I got ready to head to work / school. Instead of the hospital cafeteria for breakfast, Jacob wanted McD's. Ever since Monopoly started, he has been there almost daily. So, we went and he ordered a sausage mcgriddle (free) and 8 hashbrowns. He has figured out they are the cheapest way to get the most game pieces. 16 game pieces for $4. Then off to work we went. He hangs out with me for about an hour before he catches the bus downtown and to his school. So, while he ate all those hashbrowns, I decided to check out the Disney site to see if they have gotten the ticket situation fixed. Nope. I still have two sets per person. Every few days, I try to see if there is an earlier reservation for Akershus. I have an 8:15 AM, but I really want one earlier, so I won't feel rushed. So, I put in the information and an 8:00 AM shows up. My heart begins to race as I contain my squeel of excitement. I enter my information. I get to the credit card screen and my info is in there. I hit Next, nothing. I wait. I hit Next again. Nothing. Finally, I hit next and something begins. It finally says my credit card was declined. What? Impossible. It takes me back to the screen. I reenter. Hit Next. I get Donald saying the server is busy. I picture Woody at the end of Toy Story when their one and only match blows out. No, no, no. So, now I am worried that the site cancelled my 8:15 AM reservation and I didn't get the 8:00 AM. So, I go and check my dining reservations. What is this? I show a reservation (with confirmation #) for 8:00 AM and 8:15 AM. How is that possible? It hadn't gotten that far to give me a confirmation before I got Donald. I went to check my emails and sure enough I have an email confirmation. So, do I go ahead and cancel my 8:15 AM or do I wait a couple of days to make sure the 8:00 AM doesn't disappear on me? I think I will wait until Friday. If it is still in my reservation list, then I will cancel the 8:15 AM. So, I am excited and worried about the 8:00 AM at the same time. I feel like I have been on a roller coaster of emotions today and it is only just now 8:30 in the morning.

Yesterday, I went and ordered the packing cubes. Another set for each of us, so now we each have two large, two medium, and two small, plus a set of the slims. That should be enough to keep all our clothes organized and easy to pack amongst the 4 suitcases. Then I went to Amazon to try to get the stuff I couldn't find at Target the other day. I got ear plugs, Body Glide, Mole skin, a powerstrip, set of two night lights and something else I can't remeber. I am part of Amazon Prime, so free shipping. Then I had my credit card rewards linked to Amazon. So, my $44 order was reduced to $15. Oh, I also had points for eBags that reduced my order by $4. Not much, but still that is an extra $4 to use somewhere else.

I was telling Jacob that a month from now we will be standing in line at Magic Kingdom. I am getting super excited.

I am worried about having enough clothes. I had thought I would do laundry, but on the BC/YC thread it seems the number one complaint is the broken washers and dryers. It appears that there is only one working washing machine and that the dryers don't seem to dry. That isn't going to work for me. I think Chelsea is the only member of the family that has enough shorts to pack that she wouldn't have to repeat.

The stuff with my ex has officially started. He is refusing to allow Jacob to have his passport or his military id. So, Jacob doesn't have a government issued ID and as of now, will not be allowed on the plane. And his Dad wonders why Jacob, now 18, doesn't want to spend time with him. Act like a decent human being and maybe the kids would want to spend time with you. And now it is too late to get an ID at the DMV, because they say it takes 6 weeks. Might be worth a shot anyway. Marissa want to go to DMV this week to take her permit test.

Both ADRs are legit... There is something screwy with the system lately - and some days it will let you keep overlapping adrs... I know - because I didn't realize I had an ADR for LCdF and Biergarten at 12:15 on the same day (for months)... oops... I did give back LCdF though when I realized.

And thanks for the reminder - I need to order some body glide - I haven't been able to find it locally. Amazon - you say? Bummer that I don't have Prime yet (we've been debating it).

There has to be a way to get Jacob on that plane... Can he go get a military ID himself?

How True! I love more reasons to celebrate.

Both ADRs are legit... There is something screwy with the system lately - and some days it will let you keep overlapping adrs... I know - because I didn't realize I had an ADR for LCdF and Biergarten at 12:15 on the same day (for months)... oops... I did give back LCdF though when I realized.

I cancelled the 8:15 AM reservation, so hopefully the 8:00 AM in legit.
And thanks for the reminder - I need to order some body glide - I haven't been able to find it locally. Amazon - you say? Bummer that I don't have Prime yet (we've been debating it).

Less than 30 days!!!! I got a package delivered yesterday. I know what I ordered recently, but the kids didn't. Lately, what I have ordered has been fun stuff. Autograph book, Disney store stuff, park bag and lanyards. So, they were eager to find out what was in the box. I did the whole thing. "OH, WHAT could it BE?" I took my time opening it, drawing out the excitement. Yay! It was the power strip. My kids were not happy with me.
Today, I cancelled the 8:15 AM reservation at Akershus on the 26th. I may have done it at a bad time though, because when I went to look at the dining availability, the website was only showing 4 restaurants that had no availability. I checked several days and always got the same thing. So, Boo to the website.

I have to walk Jacob to the bus stop. I will check in later.

Also, about the ID thing for your son, usually when you go to get a ID at the DMV I thought they would give you a temp as well, and it usually has a picture. My hubs is a police officer and he says they accept it as a legal form of ID.....so you may want to call the airport on that? If not, maybe a birth certificate would do? I know we are going to grab birth certs for both our girls next week for the plane....we never did get them when they were born, Id thought they would send them to me, turns out you have to pay to go get them....blah..

And how funny about the package with the power strip! Haha, I bet they didn't find the humor in the situation though! I'm sure the fun stuff will be here soon! I just did a post about how my fav time of day was becoming mail time because with the trip so close it seems like we are getting Disney fun in the mail constantly! I love it!

Jacob turned 18 and the airline requires photo identification. I am going to check on dmv. I just read your update. We have been getting boxes daily. The kids didn't even look at the box. Hard to make nightlights, ear plugs and body glide exciting. But I did order 3 autograph books that had the spiral on top instead of side for me and the older 2 kids.

I agree YOU ARE GOING TO DISNEY!! Who cares about anything else. Just enjoy and have fun. I will tell you that when we took my daughter at 4 years old we never once used a Fast Pass...sometimes we waited in long lines, other we did not. BUT we had a blast...even in record heat!

I will be happy when it works too. I haven't been able to see anything on the app for the last week. When I try to see my reservations it says, "The data supply has been interrupted. Please check the connection and try again." Frustrating. I was hoping not to have to carry a paper version of ADRs around.

24 more days. That is it. Feeling a tad bit stressed. My ex said he would give back Jacob's military id once Jacob has a wallet. Jacob had been using his envelope wallet (from Financial Peace) for the last few years, so didn't have an actual wallet. So, this morning we went out to Amazon and ordered him one. Yay! One more thing taken care of.

I am trying to not be down on myself. When I booked my trip I was about 12 pounds away from my goal weight and I thought for sure I would be there by the trip. That hasn't happened. In fact, the opposite is true. I have gained 30 pounds since booking the trip. My fault. I was upset that the physical therapy was taking so long and I didn't pay much attention to, or more accurately, I was mad and decided I might as well eat what I want. So, now I am hoping just to have the clothes I bought 2 weeks ago to fit by the time I go.

Marissa and I sat at the computer yesterday and printed off the pages for her autograph book. Now I just need to take them to a store to be bound. She is pretty easy to please.

We tried talking to Chelsea about the rides at Disney again. We showed her the picture of the Matterhorn, which she loved when she was about 4. Not sure why this fear started showing up. Anyway, we will see. Don't want to traumatize the girl, but her brother and sister are insisting she ride.

This Saturday, it will be in the teens. Can't wait.
