waited 24 days for ebay payement, and now the seller

doesn't include shipping in their payment!!! UGH!! I put in my listing that payment was expected in 7 days, seller to pay shipping, what the shipping cost would be, and that I didn't accept credit card payments.
I can't tell if this buyer is messing with me and doesn't really want the item any more, or if they just haven't got a single clue!:crazy:
I listed 6 items, sold 3 of them, and so far haven't got a dime for any of them. This has been my worst ebay experience!!
Don't people READ the listings?:confused:
 
I've had bad luck with getting eBay payments this past month too. I don't what the deal is but I've had some AWFUL experiences.

I had a woman make a claim with Paypal saying she never received the item. I put Delivery Confirmation on it and she did receive it. So now, I've had to fax in the confirmation and prove she received it. I think she was just trying to scam me and try to get her money back even though she received it since Paypal will refund money if you say you never received it. UGH, what a hassle!

I've had it with some of these eBayers!

Maybe they should require a driver's license for eBay.:p

The real problem is they should streamline the purchase process to include ALL required payment (Including shipping) before the transaction can be complete. Gee seems like it would be easy enough to pop up a warning that shipping has not been covered or something. But then again that would make too much sense, wouldn't it?

I realize that some folks just aren't aware of all the procedures or may be new to buying, but I have repeatedly explained everything to this buyer, to the point that I am exhausted thinking about it! I've emailed them so many times, trying to explain that they need to include the shipping cost, and they just ignore the emails!
 
NO!!!!!!!!! People do not read anything.

We CLEARLY state that we do not accept checks, yet we routinely get checks sent to us. We state it in our auction. we state it at the top of our invoices we send.

We had one lady say "Yes I saw that but I have a 1200+ rating and I wouldnt get that by sending you a bad check.. so just go ahead and deposit it and it will be OK" :mad:

BUt we do NOT accept checks no matter what!!!! Argh!!

Lately we just email them and send back the check and ask them how they intend to pay.

What we do in this situation is to refund their money (if they paid thorugh paypal.. or not accept it in the first place) and tell them they have X amount of days to send the correct amount then if they do not respond we relist. I do not give negatives out because we don't want them in return even when the person deserves it.
