Since I can't make any dine reservations until the middle of next month, should I just stop trying to log onto the WDW site and wrecking my day because they keep loosing my resort information?:badpc:
I always loved checking out my details and changes my plans or play booking new plans:rolleyes1
I think I should just stay away for a time:surfweb:

The website currently is constantly having problems. Losing hotel reservations, losing dining reservations, changing a reservation for 4 to a reservation for 7 :lmao:

I'd try and ignore it for awhile and let Disney try and sort it out. As long as you personally have your confirmation, you have nothing to worry about. :thumbsup2

It may be best to just call at 180 mark. I learned when I did that the talking to someone can be a bigger help than the web.

With all the problems being reported about the new website, I would try to stay away for a little while. Like pp said, if you have your confirmation numbers you are ok. You could look at the menus or start reading the food picture thread instead, that is what I like to do before my trip! :goodvibes

For whatever reason, I still see the old site. I have been purposely putting off going to the new site (I assume that's what would happen maybe if I cleared my cookies or something?:confused3). It would stress me out to find stuff missing. For now, I have all my confirmations in email and I took screen shots of each dining reservation as I made them online, plus I took a screen shot of the page that shows all my ressies day-by-day along with my resort reservation. At least I feel covered that way:rotfl:. For now I'm trying not to even go to the old site because sometimes even there it says I have no reservations, although they all pop up when I put in one of my resort confirms.:rolleyes1
