Wait times for FOP right before a 10:00pm closing?

We did that this past June. The then 9 year old and I rode it on a Fast Pass and she wanted to do it again. After dinner at Boma we went back an hour before the park closed. The app said the was 120+ min, the actual sign outside the ride said 90 min. It took 45 minutes. I think they sort of lie on the schedule to keep the line down.

That's not bad. Yes i the exaggerate wait times to discourage people from getting in line.

I wonder if there are any Disney employees here who can tell us how they feel when guests run into the line 5 minutes before closing and they end up having to stay an extra hour to get everyone through? I mean, do they get any kind of overtime? Do they mind it, or do they hate it the way I hated it when I worked retail and a customer would come into the store five minutes to close and then browse for 45 minutes, and we couldn't tell them to leave because the manager wanted the sale??

I'm sure Disney knows to schedule employees accordingly. They realize park closing time does not mean the end of the shift for the CMs.

That`s possible, but we won`t know until we get reports from these boards and possibly from Disney, too.

Disney will obviously learn from their experience at DL, but that`s with a virtual queue system. We won`t know how EEMH works out until DHS`s version opens.
