I don’t think I’ve ever been on hold this long with dcl, but I don’t usually call them so who knows. Unfortunately, I have a placeholder to apply that has two rooms.

At one point is was 2 hrs 20 min. I’m assuming it’s bc of summer 2027 cruises but I have a summer 2026 question I need help with!

I did finally get through and it was worth it because the CM with whom I spoke was incredible.

I don’t know if it is normal because I just don’t call DCL much. I figured there was something going on, summer 2027 cruises makes sense! I’m with @Sprinkles&Sprints I was dealing with a new booking for summer 2026! . I picked the wrong day to call.
