Wait time - 25 minutes - How long would YOU wait?

There was a warning, I think in the recent VM, that September is the second busiest month for MS to take reservations. They asked for patience. I believe the busiest month is January. They say people get together with family over the holidays and make their plans for the upcoming year.

This is a joke. I think if you are waiting over 10 min. there is a big problem. Yes, when you call in there is no charge for the toll free call but, WE ARE PAYING FOR IT in our dues. There is a cost ( per minute) for each call. This is for the time on hold and talking to a CM. I would like to find out what the cost is per min that DVC is being charged for each of these calls. They, DVC, really has no insentive to look at the stats for this because the cost is being passed on the the members.
