Wait for Poly concierge or no???

Just curious if you guys would wait for Poly concierge to contact me or should I contact them. I just booked last week for Oct. 16 - 20. I need to book O'Hana, Chef Mickey's and maybe a couple Epcot meals. Any idea how long before I would hear from them?

I always contacted them first. They were always very receptive after that.

Not sure if you went through a TA or not, but sometimes through a TA the concierge might not have your contact info. I would definately contact concierge yourself. I communicated with Poly concierge via e-mail prior to our stay in Feb and I found that to be great.
