 Just saw on Deb's site that the 'Ohana updated menu has maui potatoes on again and no noodles.

ooooh. there were noodles in late september. they were not bad, but my children lamented the loss of their second-favorite part of the meal....thank goodness they kept the chicken wings!!!
we'd love to the taters back!!

DH was upset to learn of the loss of potatoes but loves lo mein type noodles and the salad they have so he's fine now. I didn't really like the potatoes. Why fill up on them when there's yummy salad and meat.

I liked the noodles but the potatoes were soooo yummy - bring them back!!!!!

Another vote for the potatoes. I haven't had the noodles, but oh my the potatoes were amazing!

I just ate there a couple of weeks ago and had the noodles.

Hmm, I wonder why Deb "updated" it the way she did? I actually think the original rice would have been more appropriate for Polynesian food, but the potatoes were really good!

I hope the potatoes are there when we go in December! I had long heard how delicious they are, and being a potato fan, I wanted to try them!

we were at Ohana's on Thursday and there were no potaoes:sad2:

But the noodles were actually not that bad, tasted like Lo mein.

Wish deb would update that menu Id love to see potatoes back but last month it was noodles they really were not bad tho, better than I expected..

It looked to me just the price went up. I could be wrong, but that is the only change I noticed.

potatoes were okay but they were just regular old scalloped potatoes.

I'd kind of like a chance to try the noodles but I don't know anyone else who'll eat there.

I ate there last night and there were no potatoes. The cast member that waited on my table said that they had gone to "no trans fat" and that the potatoes were gone. Now they may come up with a new recipe but will they be the same? I don't know.

I checked Deb's site again and, updated 10/08, it lists maui-style potatoes on 'Ohana's dinner menu, but no noodles. I emailed Deb and asked if she'd changed the menu (she used to list the noodles) in anticipation of a change. I'll let you know if I hear anything.
