I have been dying to go on a coaster all summer long and couldn't due to my surgery. I went to PT today and they said YES :cool1:
I am going to Orlando this weekend.. and I finally can do the Hulk & DD.. not sure about R3 though. They told me to hold off on that one since I have never done it before and don't know what to expect. I can do Spidy, MIB...nearly every thing... My last trip 3 weeks ago consisted of Cat in the Hat, Twister, ET & the stationary seats in Shrek...:sad2: not so much fun.. but now I can have some fun.. and if I am in pain after..... I still have some pain pills left...:lmao: but I won't re-tear my rotator cuff... only if I put my arms up on the coasters... that is a no no for me.... I can live with that...:yay::cool1::banana:

If you can do Hulk & DD, you will probably be fine on Rockit. It's much smoother/less intense than either of those two.

I will be there this weekend too, so if a see either a woman dancing for joy or bent over in pain, I'll know it's you. :rotfl:

My one ride on Rockit was a bad as an old "woodie". There is another thread about this ride and others have had the same feeling. From the other thread there are some cars that are smooth as silk and others that are just plain rough and destroy the enjoyment of the ride. :cool2:

I heard it was rough..... maybe it is where you sit... I will pass this trip and next trip (end of Sept)... but try the trip after that in the end of Oct...:thumbsup2

I will still stand with you and watch R3... I can't do that one yet....
That's sweet of you...I was only kidding. I'm going to run over probably tomorrow morning and get my Frequent Fear pass for HHN but I doubt I'll stay long.

I will be there about 11am.. I will pm you with my phone number.. if you are there then give me a yell...:goodvibes

Rockit seems to be hit-or-miss. I've ridden twice so far and both have been smooth. :)

I did the Mummy & the Simpsons today (that I couldn't last trip).. didn't go R3 but my niece's friend's did and they said it is smoother than the Hulk.
When we went over to IOA...we didn't have much time left so I didn't go on any coasters there, but did do Spidey with no problems and Dr Doom.. that hurt my arm trying to lift the thing that comes over your head. I have no strenght yet so to pull it down was hard but do-able.. but at the end of the ride when you have to lift it off, I didn't have enough strenght to lift if all the way :lmao: I had it half way up then I slid out.. :rotfl: I am laughing now, but it hurt trying to lift it...
tomorrow I will try the Hulk, DD and maybe R3... depending on lines.. My arm is sore now.. but I had fun :cool1:

I made it as far as the traffic light on Universal Blvd entering the parking garage. The traffic was backed up quite a ways. I guess I'll wait until Monday to try and go over.

Traffic was backed up on Sat when I got there too.. I entered at Universal Blvd & Hollywood Way. Just past the light is when I had to stop. I got there at about 10:20. I don't blame you for not going in. My sister got there at 9:15 and breezed right in...

I made it on DD's, front row on Ice & 2nd row for Fire.. :goodvibes Also did the Hulk twice .. never did get to R3. I decided I was going to try it. When I went over, the line was 120 minutes. I am not about to wait that long. Each time I went, singles was closed. TM was really nice. He gave me a couple of express passes for other rides and told me to keep checking back. I tried all day. Eventually they opened up the singles but I missed it, they closed it back down again. Maybe I will get lucky and get to ride it when I am back up there the last weekend of Sept...:goodvibes My arm is sore now, but nothing major.. more sore from the drive home than the parks...:lmao:
