I am so sad. 
I finally get back to playing VMK on a regular basis and getting to visit all of my old friends...and our internet goes out! I called to try and find out what was going on. The woman on the phone looked up our account and found that we no longer existed... since September 2005! Ummm....ok, I hung up the phone. 
I called my dh and he informed me that I screwed up. We evidently had been getting free internet, but I didn't know that.
2 days later, Comcast did a "random" survey of our neighborhood and found that the cable was still turned on to our house even though we haven't used it since...drum roll please!...Sept 2005. So they left us a little note telling us they turned it off. Unfortunately that meant we also lost our internet!
Oh well, back to paying for it like the average person. They can't install it until next Tuesday, so I am not connected to the real world until then.
After my previous lengthy absence from the world of VMK, I didn't want anyone to think I had left again. I will be back as soon as humanly possible.
I will miss all of my VMK friends!! See you soon I hope!

so they dispatched the manager to help him set it up. Now, come on - I am on fire cause you screwed up then you put me on the new guys connection list. Where were the brains in that? Because again, they did not want to hear my voice, but of course they did. 
We will all miss you over the weekend! Hope to see you again next week, my friend!
