Didn't see this one yet, so I thought I would get it started. I am down 1.5 pounds.. at my lowest weight since I started W.I.S.H. and thanks to all your hugs and PD, I am feeling much better and lost the water weight I was holding on to due to this cold!

Despite my best efforts to lose, I went up again this week! OY! Up a little more than a pound.

It's all good though. That's why I'm about 10 pounds UNDER my goal weight so that if this happens, I can get it in check before it becomes a serious problem.

I think some of it was water retention as well. You don't go from being 185 to 188 overnight! It's just not possible!!!! :)

So I've dug out my food journal for the first time in a LONG time, and have been religiously writing down everything I eat. I'm also trying my darndest not to use my flexpoints. I'm having a good go at it thus far! :)
 
I'm down 1.8 lbs this week :Pinkbounc Which makes me VERY happy as I had barely made it into Onderland last week and didn't want to have a gain and have to leave Onderland so soon. :) Only 1 lb away from a new clippie! :hyper:
 
I lost another 2lbs this week. Still no change in my measurements since I lost the last 5lbs. I know it must be coming off from somewhere. Apparently not just where I would like it to.
 

Good morning everyone, and CONGRATULATIONS!!! It seems like we've all had a great week, and I'm happy for all your successes! Dan, I see you're maintaing an incredible weight loss! I'm trying to maintain too, and I know what you mean about getting things in check before it becomes a problem--it's something I've had to learn after 15 years of yo-yo dieting--I just can't go through those ups and downs anymore! If you have any more maintenance tips, I'd love to hear them--sounds like you're a real pro! Congratulations on your awesome accomplishment! This morning I weighed in at 124 1/2 pounds (trying to maintain at 123-125), so I've officially been maintaining for four whole weeks!:rolleyes: Thanks, everyone for such support and motivation--I can't tell you what it means to me to have you all here. Have a great week everyone, and big hugs to you all!:grouphug:
 
this is my first check in....this is the member formerly known as: Kevind65--something got screwed up with my user name in the server upgrade thing...oh well,,,,sunday morning weigh in: 173lbs....down 11lbs in first week on Atkins!!!!
 
ok, well, I'm down 1 lb. which is great considering the week I've had. TOM and still fighting a cold.(and dr-*** DS) Measurements were not great, but thinking that may be due to a bit of bloating. Hope next weeks look better.

Kevin - GREAT 1st week on Atkins. Keep up the good work!
 
Once again, maintained. Hoping for a - change in the next coming weeks as I joined the gym at my office. My new job offers you a free membership and it's just down the stairs so NO EXCUSES not to exercise my butt off (literally)!

I haven't checked in for so long but will start up again. I have lost almost 10 pounds since I started following Dr. Phil's plan. I only have 3 pounds to go before I reach the goal I have set fro myself so I am very happy. Great job to all those who hung in there and lost weight, stayed the same, and hugs to those who gained, we all have been there.
 
I'm down 1 lb. this week for a total of 10! I am worried though about eating at Disney, we leave on Thurs.
I just don't want to gain a lot back or get the carb cravings back.

I will try my best to stick to it but still have a great time.

Wow! A surprising loss for me this week. I'm at 222, another 3 lbs. this week. If I can keep this up I'll be a lightweight in no time, lol. Of course I'm used to the many, many plateaus too, sigh.
 
I think Sundays like me. ;) I am checking in a day early with a 2 pound loss!! WOWSERS for me!! :teeth: That gives me a NEW CLIPPIE!! Woo hooo!!! I think this one deserves the bananas!

I haven't been checking in like I should. Have not walked in a week. Yes, we had an ice storm, another one due tomorrow. I know excuses.
I've lost 13 pounds since I started January 12th. I hope to report a better loss next week. I've got to start back walking!

As of this morning I'm down another five pounds for a total of 16 pounds lost since 1/1/04 (check out the new clippie). It's a lot, but I tend to loose weight in chunks (pardon the expression). I'll probably plateau for at least a few days. I exercised five days last week (today's an off day). I'm a little worried about this week. It's TOM, and I think I'm coming down with strep throat. It's going around the kids preschool, and DS and I have fevers and sore throats (will call the doctor in the AM). I just don't want to fall off the wagon of exercise. Hopefully I can find some energy to get back to the walking track.
 
I'm soo confused. I know I lost at least 3 lbs, based on my old scale, probably 4 tho. Where I'm confused is, my new scale was only 2 lbs difference, until tonight. It's now 3 lbs different. I'm going to have to stick with my old scale for pounds lost (since that's what I used to register at WW), all the while knowing my new scale shows the accurate weight 2 lbs higher. Does that make sense?? Either way, I've lost 10 lbs total (prob 11 tho) on WW after 3 weeks.

No pounds lost for me this week!:( It's pretty frustrating, but I did lose 6 inches this week, so that helps.
That brings my total for `1 month on Atkins to 11 pounds, and not sure how many inches.(just started measuring last week)

te1nsmom - PLEASE get that throat looked at! I had strep throught last year, and let it go too long. OMG! Lets just say, I won't ever do that again.:D
 
Two more pounds gone!! Now I can wear the 10lb clippie!! :)
 
New here! I just started Atkins last week. No weight loss yet, but I'm hopeful.
