VWL to Swan

Traveling from VWL to the Swan Christmas Eve. Did a search here and found that by taking the boat to Magic Kingdom then you take a bus to the Swan. Is this the best way to go, or is there a bus directly from the VWL to Swan (We have never stayed there before) Thanks.

Yes, you can go that way. There are no direct buses to the Swan from the VWL - in fact, traveling between resorts almost always requires a transfer at one of the parks or DD.

You could also take the bus to MGM and then either walk or take a boat to the Swan. If it were me, I'd take the bus to MGM and then walk to the Swan (probably about 15 - 20 minutes to walk at an average pace). IMHO, the boat to the MK will be more crowded than the bus to MGM, but I could certainly be wrong.

The quickest way is to drive or take a cab (about $12).

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize you could walk to the Swan from MGM or take a boat there. Won't have a car this time so trying to figure out how to get around from the VWL.

I would agreee with the bus to MGM and, for me, probably the boat to the Swan. It is a pretty good hike and my knees are aching, LOL. Enjoy.
