Well nothing like finding out you have covid on Thanksgiving eve. Both me and my daughter have it. It is hitting her worse. I feel bad for her. She has had it probably 4 times now. Anyway we will carry on with Thanksgiving as well as we can. Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving and get to eat lots of good food.

But wondering if there is a vacuum or broom in the 1-bedroom villas at Boulder Ridge?

Should be a broom and dust pan, perhaps a steam cleaner with a cleaning pad. If not, call the front desk to request one.

Just arrived
Normally 10 hr trip
Took 12 with all the stop and go Holiday traffic
We thought we would beat that buy leaving today instead of sun
Everybody else had same idea

I have never seen CS this empty! In the parking lot, which usually we have to ride around to vie for a space, there are 4 other cars besides ours!

We will be at CC 12/10-14 missing you. BWV 12/9. Happy we saw each other last year.

We had CG recruits again for Thanksgiving. They helped put together this Gingerbread House kit, and it will be our centerpiece through Christmas. We had 4 fine young men who are dedicated to serving our country. It was an honor to host them!

Met up with our friend and favorite waiter at Boma this am
He has been working breakfast there for a few years after Covid, prior to that at CM and many of you may recognize him from TL many moons ago

Got a call while at AK today from a staff member at WL
He said we had a leak in our room and asked us to pack up and move to another room
2weeks worth of stuff just unpacked last night and moved to room 4545
We didn’t ask for compensation but they gave us $1768 back to our charging at front desk, basically rack rate fir one night in a 2 bed
What’s concerning, another couple was moved yesterday from 4th floor to 3rd after we mentioned it on the elevator
Sure hope everything holds up
