VWL Amenities Question

Can anyone tell me if the VWL have shampoo and soap in them like a regular hotel room would have? With the liquid regulations, we generally just end up using the hotel stuff if they have it.

Also, do they have wireless internet for our laptop? And are the safes big enough to store our laptop in?

Hi there - you do get soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower get at VWL. There is also wireless internet access.

The safe is small and I would say that it is probably not big enough for a laptop.

VWL has Internet access via Ethernet, not wireless.

They provide you with the ethernet cable, it's hanging in the closet. $10 for 24 hrs of internet, it will be free sometime in the spring this year for DVC members. Some have got the charge removed by talking to techinical services, others have not.

we had one bottle of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, and there was an info sheet stating that replacements of those is a $5 charge - the lady at the concierge desk offered more shampoo and conditioner to me, had it delivered to the room, and there was no charge.

If you pay for internet you can use wireless in the lobby of both the villas and the lodge
