VWL 2BR at Xmas?

We already have a 1 BR at BWV booked Christmas week. We did have to waitlist for one of those days. Friends, that previously said "no" to our invite, have changed their mind. Now they want to go and stay at VWL. We called on Friday to book, but of course are waitlisted. We are very close to them and would love it if they could come with us Do we stand a chance?

There is always a chance. You might want to consider expanding your options to any DVC rather than just VWL if you really want the trip to happen. I would also say your chances are better if 12/31 is not included in your stay.

I spoke to MS yesterday and there was a 2-br available for 12/24 and 12/25 at BCV. Not sure the rest of the week. It seems this week is not as waitlisted as the New Year week. I called to see if there is any chance to get any 2-br for New Year week and I was told everything was sold out until 1/2/04. Even if you waitlist, you may still have a good chance of getting one. I got a dedicated 2-br at WLV for 12/24 and 12/25 just last week I think.

Although not the same, I would also consider waitlisting for a studio for them.
