We are thinking of going to Disney next February. I have read on other posts about VRBO but I am not familiar enough with the area to know what area to rent a house. Please don't try to talk me into staying on site. We are renting a 4 - 6 bedroom house because we are going with in-laws, siblings, grandchildren etc. I know when you go onto the vbro website you tell them Orlando then too many choices pop up according to area. If anyone has rented a particular house and have enjoyed it, please let me know. I think the concept sounds great, I love to save money. But am leary about renting from someone without a guarantee of service, etc. Thanks for all your help!

We usually stay in Windsor Palms. It is 5 min from the back entrance so it is very easy to get to WDW in the morning(no rush hr traffic) and convenient to grocery stores & restaurants. Windsor Palms is a new gated community with condos, townhomes & pool homes. I LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! There are homes available on vrbo and you can also check out the info on www.windsor-palms-resort.com . Other neighborhoods in that same area are Indian Creek & Rolling Hills. Also, check out the Orlando Hotels & Attractions board. Those are all "off-site" people.HTH
