We have just decided that we want to do a family trip to WDW in the fall of 2014 for our 10 year wedding anniversary.

I am not exactly sure what we want to do, and not sure how many family members will attend.

I guess I am looking for ideas. Maybe a small ceremony? Are they any resources out there for vow renewals?

Disney treats vow renewals exactly like any other wedding. Prices are exactly the same, the only difference is your ceremony.
When I did my vow renewal back in 2005, we decided to have a Wishes event despite the fact that we only had 8 guests (we were supposed to have 12, but that's a long story). I'm not sure now how strict they are on head count even if you meet other mins especially now that the pricing structure has changed.
The Escape and Memories packages are also good for vow renewals. The Escape gives you a cake and allows for more guests.
There are lots of brides here who have great ideas, so I'm sure they can give you some other insight. It really depends on what you're thinking of doing and how fancy or not you want to be.
Congratulations!

We just booked our VR for 3/8/13 at 3pm. We are doing the memories collection. It will just be my husband, my 7 month old, and myself. I think the memories collection is great if you want a small celebration.
