Vouchers at RFC?

I have read the vouchers thread and where the Kingdom lunch vouchers can be used- I already have some purchased and on their way to me for our upcoming Nov trip.... but the Rainforest Cafe is listed on that list next to Animal Kingdom.

So the vouchers can only be used at RFC at AK or can they also be used at RFC at DTD? Please let me know so I can arrange our plans.

(also do you need to make PS's ahead of time at RFC?)
