Vouchers at Concourse, any problems??

Sorry couldn't do a search, I know this question has been answered before but I could not find the answer.
Concourse Steakhouse- Was this the restaurant that wouldn't let the kids order a appetizer with the kids lunch voucher?
--Now that the hours have changed we might not go back to Epcot for lunch after starting the morning at MK next Thursday. They are now having fireworks and Spectro that day, so we were thinking about staying in the park all day and not hopping back to Epcot. It will be our last day and we will have the vouchers to use so now I'm trying to find a restaurant that we could use the vouchers (and not lose any money) that is closer to MK.
Any ideas???

I think Le Cellier was the restaurant where people were having trouble ordering appetizers with the kids vouchers.

We used our vouchers at Concourse w/o a problem. Yes, they let kids order a appetizer.
