I need your help. I recently did my quests at WDW and recieved my codes. Some of the codes are not working. I submitted my question through the help forum on VMK. I was very detailed. I recieved and email asking for more information so they could help me.
I responded and then recieved an email promptly saying they had closed my account because they felt the last email answered my question.
However, it had not!! They only asked for more details. What do I do? Is there anything else I can do? I am not at WDW anymore so I can't go back to VMK Central. The one code is for a Kali River Rapids Couch (I don't have one and went through alot just to get that one code).
Any help would be appreciated since VMK has not helped me. Thanks.
