Hi, I'm new on this thread... but not new to the DIS.

Anyway, I'm beginning to think people are joining VMK just to be taken.
At least, that's why my littler brother wanted to join (He was 7 at the time) Thank goodness now he's totally against it.

Yeah, if you do any of that stuff, some people might be older then you ( way older ), lol I always go to boys meet girls with my friends and we dress up ugly. Good times. I was on VMK since I was 7 ( i'm 15 now ) and it's been happening over and over and over and over. It's really disturbing.

Good luck to you guys. As I've stated before, this is probably a futile gesture which will do absolutely nothing to alert VMK to a problem they already know exists and continually do nothing about. But hopefully you guys will be able to do something that a lot of people have failed at in the past.

Is the club full yet?

Yesterday DD and I were playing VMK. We went to Emporium and bought/wore the new Typhoon Lagoon stuff. It looked pretty bad with green so I changed to a more normal color for a while.

We walk out of Emporium and I end up getting three taken question in about 5 minutes walking up Town Square/Main Street. This is with "Sorry - I don't play taken." in my sig. After nicely telling them no, two insisted that I explain why.

Maybe its because I'm new, but I feel guilty using ignore. I probably just need to get over that.

OT - why do all the crazy people hand out in Town Square/Main Street?

Probably bc its connected with VMK Esplanade which is where all the newbies

come from so...

Thats probably why alot of those ppl hang out there..

The taken thing gets really annoying, and its true that it had taken over VMK.
Which makes me wonder how or if its going to end.
