Vizcay development

Does anyone know anything about this development? How far away is it from the parks?

Viscay is situated just off US27 ,one mile from the intersection with Interstate 4 (I4). It is a fairly new community I believe.

I would be also be interested in any replies to this because I have been offered a really good deal for a home on this development in April and wondered what it was like. I understand that the development mightn't be completed yet and I wondered if there was much building work still going on.
