Vistana timeshare offer -- should we??

Just got an offer to stay at the Sheraton Vistana Villages in a 1 bedroom for 4 nights for $169 plus 8000 Starpoints (we are Starwood Preferred Guest member).

It is a timesharepitch, I guess.

We cna use it anytime in the next 12 months.

Does this sound like a good deal? The ad says it is worth $900!

Any opinions?

That sounds about like paying for one night and getting the rest free. As long as you don't mind taking a morning out for the timeshare tour, it sounds like a great deal. Just practice saying "no, thank you" firmly during the sales pitch.
