Vista Cay - anyone been/going?

We are very seriously considering booking a 3 bed top floor Condo at Vista Cay.
Anyone from the UK been there or is going soon?
Just interested in some feedback and info from someone who has actually been there.

Got a price of $3326.62 for 21 Nights which we will be splitting with my parents, so for us (family of 4) we are looking at $1663.31 which is about £1051 according to Google today so that's £350 / week.
I think that's really good considering it looks really luxurious.

I have had quite a lot of email conversation with the owner too who has been so helpful with all my enquiries.

Would really appreciate some comments/feedback on what you lovely peeps think.

Iv never stayed here myself but definitely have looked at it before and would stay here!

The apartment looks beautiful and at £350/week, I'd say very good price for the look of this place

We are staying there for our 4th time this year. We love it. Ur quote is very expensive though. I am sure u would get better value if u try. We r paying 1323 dollars for 3 bed condo for 18 nights in August. That is particularly good value but u shouldn't pay more than 125 dollars a night at the max.

Who do you normally book through?

I do a search for Vista Cay on VRBO.com. I get quotes for all condos that would suit us. Prices vary greatly. This year I also googled Vista Cay and came across website for condo we have booked. It is a lovely complex. Check proximity to pool/clubhouse before booking. I also called complex to check that condo we were booking was fully paid up for management fees etc. . It is just a way of making sure all is ok before u book. I have phone number if u want it.
