Been looking at new computers and it seems that Vista 64 is everywhere.
Well, I guess if you want 4GB or more of RAM, you have no choice.
So, what do you have to say about Vista 64 vs Vista 32?
I'll be moving as much of my hardware and software from my old XP (32bit).
Has anyone had many compatibility issues? Can you run 32bit software on Vista 64? I'm a little concerned about the XP64 fiasco where you had to buy 64 bit software (32 bit wasn't supported), and it was both expensive and hard to find. And, hardware manufacture vs were reluctant to create compatible drivers. Have vendors been better at supporting Vista 64?
Has anyone installed XP 32 bit compatible software and hardware on a Vista 64 machine? Any issues?
