Hi.

I was here with WISH about 7 months ago, then I got pregnant and (of course) couldn't "diet" during pregnancy. I'm still waiting for my baby to make her debut, but I'm starting to think about post-pregnancy and weight loss again. I am planning on doing Weight Watchers (they actually have a plan for nursing mothers :) ). And I will start exercising after my 6 week post-partum check-up. I plan on starting slowly with some walking and my Denise Austin post-pregnancy workout tape, then increase to the Firm. Also, my DH is buying an Olympic weight set so I can do weights as well.

I'm anxious to get back in shape!!! I never really lost all of the baby weight from my first pregnancy, but this time I am determined to get to my "wedding" weight and look as good as I did on my honeymoon. I am not going to give myself any time limits knowing that with a newborn and a 2 year old I will have my hands full and I know there will be days that I turn to the ice cream for support! ;) But, I will always get back on track and I will make sure to exercise 4-5 times a week. I just can't wait to get my body back!!!!!!!

So I thought I'd stop in and say hi and tell you all that I'll be back very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anne
