There will be a Living History Day starting at 8:30 AM on Friday, 2/28 and the Second Annual Battle for Broxton Bridge on Saturday 3/1 and Sunday 3/2 at Broxton Bridge Plantation which is only an hour from the Outlets at HH. There will be approximately 15 stations on Living History Day beginning at 8:30. Two Civil War Battles were fought on the grounds to try and stop Sherman's men. The property has been in the family for nine generations, and the earthen fort remains as it was in 1865. Guided tours will be available during the weekend to the second battlefield. Camps open Saturday & Sunday 9AM-5PM. Battle times Saturday and Sundday are at 2PM. One day admission:ages 9 & under-free, ages 10-17-$3.00, and ages 18 and over-$5.00.
