My friend and I are both 17 and want to go on our own Disney vacation. Our parents are fine with this but I'm not sure if we can stay on (or even off) property without an adult. Does anybody know if there is a way for us to book a room?

In order to book a room anywhere, you need a major credit card. Best advice is to contact the hotel or a couple hotels in the area and see what their policy is.

Actually most hotels require you to be 21. My friend and I went to an audition out of state and had booked a room with no problems. We showed up at the front desk and they suddenly said we couldn't stay there unless we were 21. I was only a few days from my 21st birthday so I finally found a hotel nearby that was willing to let me stay (not to be sexist, but there was a woman at the front desk and I cried, so I think that helped.)
