Yes they do but they changed the rules so that you can only use the free picture for the ones that they take there at the visa area. Also you have to get it that day I believe.

I had the photo taken on Tuesday of this week. Times were 10:30-1:30 in the usual location. Was surprised to see the character available was Daisey Duck. They are now asking for photo ID in addition to your Visa card.

We were just there Oct 15-18. We visited the Visa Cardmember location 2x and got 2 free prints (one today & one yesterday). They were alternating between Minnie, Daisy, and Stitch while we were there. We got Daisy both times because Minnie left right before our turn today. It's okay though, as the 2nd Daisy picture today was cuter than the one yesterday

It's near the Monsters Inc ride and next to the Mad T Party Arcade building. If you walk all the way to the end of the street in Hollywoodland (toward the Aladdin theatre) then hang a left you'll find the Visa M&G back in that corner.
