Visa discount on tour - forgot about this?

We booked the Starlight Safari last week for September. I booked it online at midnight quickly as it sells out fast and I was happy to find an opening for our trip.

I completely forgot about the discount offered with the Disney Visa, which is how I paid. I called to see if they could apply the discount after the fact but unfortunately was told they’d have to cancel and rebook-since it’s a live system I was warned if they do this, I could lose the reservation by the time they go back and re-book which is what I figured. I left it and was told to go to the front desk or guest services while on property and they’d take care of it.

Not a big deal, but it would be a significant discount-just not worth losing the reservation. Has anyone ever had a tour retroactively discounted?

NO. Unfortunate and do not try to alter. You will lose your current reservation while trying to rebook and in those few minutes it will evaporate. And you will be left with no tour.

Thanks, we will leave it as is…too hard to get reservations to begin with. Looking forward to the experience!
