I thought I remembered a screen on the WDW website where you can check availability/room rates with a promotional code. It has been a while ago and I can't seem to find a place to enter the promo code (i.e. EQT) online ...anyone know if it is possible to use the promo code online? thanks for any help.

I got the email but we're going at the end of July so it won't work. I was wondering if anyone knows the rate for BC or BWI standard? I have the BC for $254 per night with the summer savings code.

Just got an email this morning from Disney Visa that they are offering 35% off select moderate resorts for travel dates 8/9-8/18 and 8/22-10/3! You must book by 8/8/2009. I am afraid it doesn't help us, we are staying at WL 11/14-11/21/2009, but those of you traveling this fall and have a Disney Visa, look out for the deal!

Wonder what's going on the 19th-21st? I received a pin email and can't find availability for the 20th or 21st at my moderate. I noticed that your code excludes those dates. How can I search to see what is going on then?

Just wanted to thank you all AGAIN for posting the discount. This morning we decided to add a room only res to our free dining trip. Thanks to you, instead of spending $168, we payed $108 for POFQ and saved 60 bucks!

I did just have my first experience with a not-so-Disney-like CM. I explained what I wanted to do. She told me she could just add on a night to my existing Free Dining reservation. I told her I did not want to do that because A. I have a discount code for the room and
B. We will be arriving late that evening and do not require any additional dining credits.

She kept making me feel like that it wasn't the "smart" way to do things. I may have to check out of the room and check back in, etc. This is no biggie to me. When we arrive, we are not even going to unpack, just crash and get a night's sleep. If we have to move rooms, it is fine with me, and worth the $60 savings.

Anyway, she "checked".(...NOT) and said, Oh, no, no, sorry, no availability for that night. They only have limited number of rooms for this. So I told her thanks anyway, hung up, called right back, and spoke to a nice CM who got me exactly what I asked for in less than 5 minutes.

So, the moral of the story is AGAIN THANKS DISSERS!!!!!!! and keep on trying!

Thanks! It makes me feel better that I'm not missing out on a really big savings since I have it for $254 a night.

I needed 09/26-10/04 at CSR. I just called and got a fantastic CM who ran all the numbers for me, comparing my current free dining ressie at CSR, the new AP discount that came out today, and then tried to run the numbers for the Chase Visa offer.

I already had a standard room at CSR with free dining (basic plan) and a one day MYW ticket for $1422.07.

She checked on the Chase Visa code for me, but only King rooms were available, no Standard rooms, and I would still have to buy a one day MYW park ticket, so the Visa offer round up being more than my free dining offer. No thanks! By the way she checked all of the moderates for my dates just to see what the price would have been and said that there are no longer any standard rooms available at any moderate for my dates under the Chase Visa offer.

The AP discount round up beating both the Chase Visa and the free dining. I round up upgrading from the basic DDP to the DxDDP and Disney still owed me $46.69.

We added a few days to our trip in Sep ( 9-29 to 10-3) for the AKL and a we were advised a standard room rate is $149 a night and the pool view bunk beds is $179 a night with the Chase Visa discount.

I just called Disney back tonight for an AP rate and AKL and it is $10 less per night for a standard room....$139. Sweet!

I called a CM the morning I got the code and couldn't get a room at POFQ. I was flexible with my dates and they could only give me a room there for 2 nights at POFQ. Then she said I could get you in at the AKL with a savannah view...(I'm thinking what kind of deal am I going to get - yeah!)...for $2745 (room only for 10 nights). WHAT? I'm looking for a moderate (more importantly POFQ and you are upselling me to close to $3000.

Speaking of POFQ, I've tried three different code, checked AAA rates and AP rates and can't get the dates I want. Any suggestions?

I called last night and was able to change my two nights of preferred room at Pop, one with aAA discount and the other night at rack, for a room at CSR for 2 nights for $15 more. I can not believe it. I always wanted to stay there. This was using the VISA rate and my days do start on Aug 21. So even though the dates say August 22 The real nice CM was able to get member services to give me the visa code the August 21. I can't wait. And to think I almost didn't call. Now I will be completing my moderate circuit, onto the deluxe completion.

Yes. You have to pay with your Disney Visa. On the Chase website: Click on Disney offers and a new page pops up.

I was trying to get a room for 8/21 for one night and there are no values or moderates that can sleep 4. Only deluxes and DVC. I guess the free dining that weekend wiped out all of the rooms and it's the last weekend before school starts for some families.....I guess just alot of contributing factors.

Sweet! Next year is an AP year (we get one every other year so we can get 2-3 trips out of it, then one trip without - this year ... rinse and repeat) so no AP discount for us on this one. Thanks for answering me!
