I found them referenced in All You Magazine. I'm out of work right now and looking for basically anything to get some money in the house. Has anyone used this website to get jobs? I'm willing to pay the member fee ($50) if I'll actually get work out of it but want to see if I can get real testimonials not the ones they tout on their website.

I have heard good things and not so good things about virtual assistants.com . If you have experience in being an admin it could be worth it. You could try out sites like odesk or elance which you get projects. work at home journal has free jobs leads
