You didn't miss the shirt. It's being given to all Beta testers, from what the update on the main page says.

You can't change yet, personalization hasn't been added. Hopefully soon. And keep clicking around the gate in the yard...you'll find your way out!

As for the pink couch thing? Don't know, but I bet it becomes a standing joke with all of us "Beta old-timers." There's a pink couch disguised as a rock on the way to the castle, too!

Like the experiences we all shared, these shirts are destined to be rare. For everyone who got registered yesterday and also for those who register today, this "I Survived Day 1 Beta" shirt will be part of your wardrobe.

We have had some questions about Day 1 pins. These are given when the beta period ends and the New World is released. Because all of you are such great beta testers, we have our release date set for June 26th! All of our friends who participate in the Beta Program will receive the Day 1 pin.

I think they said if you signed in yesterday or today you get the shirt.

When i logged in earlier today it went rather well I was able to see most ppl and their conversations, including my own..
Haven't been on for a few hours so i don't know if it is still like that.

I'm upset about this.... I have been trying all day yesterday and today to get in (I pre-registered and got my confirmation email weeks ago), have sent 2 messages to VFK staff asking for help with no response, so alas, I'm not able to log-in. Guess I won't have the opportunity to get the shirt. Grrr!

So far this is only making me miss VMK even worse and not a great first impression for VFK - even if it is a beta!!

The pre-registration for the beta ended on 5/21 and the yellow registration box on the main page now says it is for the waiting list becuase the beta is full. If you filled out the yellow box yesterday or today, it looks like you may be on the waiting list.

VMK defintely did not grow to what it was overnight, or even in a year for that matter. I feel for the VFK staff since they have been trying to get this set up a lot faster than they ever originally planned for just to help all of us have another place to call home.

I never got an email myself. I just clicked the registration button on the main page and it asked for my email address and character name that I had pre-registered with. It then took me to a page to put in a login and password to complete the registration and then I was able to play. It may work the same if you give it a try.

I know how you feel 2 days now and I don't even know my guest number I can not speak and have not seen one other person. I just walked out the door of my house and disappeared. All I see now is my house room and no me. Some may think that is a good thing

I have not read all 69 pages of this thread so this may have been discussed. I was wondering if VFK's original colonial theme had anything to do with Disney wanting to create a theme park in the colonial Williamsburg area once apon a time. And some areas of VFK remind me of Busch Gardens in Williamsburg.
