Yep it is open, and LOTS are logged in already seems to be running OK but no new features that I can see yet.
I DID send a test Help on the help button and ity went without error, I have yet to get any confirmation that they got it though.

ETA I ran into VFK_Surfer just now and she said this ...

I saw you there, Yea i also asked about the rumor paying to play ( i asked lion ) he said some features may have to be payed for in the future, but the general game is free

Well AFTER I sent my TEST help, I ran into VFK_Lion and this is what HE said, so they DID get the call for help, so I guess we can officially put this issue to rest huh?

That would work because I am tired of having to walk all the way back through the West worlds to get back to civilization lol it is a dead end at the blacksmith area lol

I have GuestXXX and now their approved XXXX title on my account.
I asked VFK_Ivy if I could delete the GuestXXX account on my friends list as I have XXXX and she said not to do so.

SO...don't delete the guest accounts. I would just keep a listing of which account was whom so you can delete later if they don't reconcile.

I'm glad he got it (or read here that you sent one? ), but they need to be able to act on the calls for help for the issue to be put to rest. When someone sees that in action, that'll be a huge step forward for the game. Did he come to find you or did you guys just wander into the same room? I'm not convinced that they have the ability to find anyone in-game, but that's obviously not the only effective mod tool- they might be banning people/IPs without reviewing the situation in person.

Also, are these staff members on call 24/7? It's great that the game is staffed with moderators whenever it's open, but I'd hate to get a call that they are starting a test at 2AM and I need to be there.
