Virgin Villas

We're travelling to Orlando this Christmas,and for the first time renting a Virgin Villa.
1; Does anyone know what adress to put on the imigration form as we enter ?
2; Where is the Virgin office that we need to find to collect our keys?
3; If we get a choice of locations which one should I choose, we are two adults ,four children,10,9,9,and 5, Kids love swimming.We'll be doing all the parks.
4; We are also renting a Villa from Virgin at Fort Myers, anyone any info about preferable locations again given a choice? We are getting married on the beach, down at Lovers Key,30th Dec, If the weather is bad, we may have to get married at the Villa, so location is important, if we are given a choice.

Hi Geoff

When Virgin send your tickets out 10 days before you go they will give you the address of the office that you need to report to and that is the address that you put on the visa form. So basically you will not where your villa is until you actually arrive at the office. We have to report to an office at 109 Davenport Lake Blvd which is down on the US 27. (They send you directions to get there from the airport)

From my experience it is unlikely that you will be given a choice of location as the villas are already allocated before you get there & you are just given the keys or combination number for the lock.

Hi Geoff

Question 1 and 2
When you get your tickets thru from Virgin, you will be given a "welcome Center" address where you will pick up villa keys and get directions... this welcome center address is the one you enter on the visa waiver forms, should there be any queries from officials then they can trace you thru them!!!!

Question 3 and 4
I do not believe that you can actually make any requests for a specific area, how ever what has worked quite well for my clients is to request to be as close to Disney or Universal (whichever suits your needs best) as possible, this usually works 'cos no-one else asks!!!!!! As far as Fort Myers is concerned I assume you are doing the wedding thru Virgin?? If so I'd call their wedding co-ordinator and voice your concerns, which are reasonable and I'm sure they'll do everything to accommodate you.

Thanks for your replys, we are putting the wedding together ourselves, we have an Officiant and a Videographer/photographer, we just need the Beach and the weather, and probably a couple of Brandys, lol.
