Virgin Universal offer?

Hi everyone,

We received our tickets yesterday and enclosed in our red envelope was our Universal ticket voucher.

I understand that we exchange this at the ticket booth when we arrive but does anyone know about the free parking / breakfast? Wondering if I need to go back to Virgin and confirm as when we booked Virgin were offering free parking, complimentary breakfast refreshments and early entry to WWOHP.

No mention of any of this on our voucher and we are intending to go on our first day to make the most out of waking at the crack of dawn following travelling the day before.

Anyone had any similar query with Virgin?

Hi, you will have to attend the 'welcome meeting' to get your voucher for early entry etc. to Harry Potter (where they will hope to sell you other stuff....). You can collect your park tickets at this meeting or get them from guest services at the park. Mel x

Hi we're in the same situation so I e-mailed Virgin to ask. The concierge service call me straight-away on my mobile. They explained that as noted above, you need to go to a welcome meeting to get your voucher. HOWEVER they gave me another option - if you buy anything from them they will bring your HP invitation to the airport with the other items you have bought. No need to mess around with a welcome meeting.

So I have bought Hard Rock VIP passes for $20 which give you priority seating and your $20 credit against your meal - no net cost We were eating there anyway so works well for us. I found them extremely helpful - you can ask them anything about your trip and they will do their best to help you.
