Virgin Holidays - MDE Resort check-in

Has anyone else had issues completing MDE resort check in with a Virgin Holidays booking?
When I log into MDE I can see my room reservation (along with all my ADRs and FPs), but when I try to complete online check in an error message pops up saying "We cannot locate any resort reservations eligible for check-in at this time. You may check-in to your resort stay 60 days prior to your arrival date."
 
Are you more than 60 days from your check in date as that's the soonest you can use on line check in?
 
Can you log into your MDE account and then select your reservations - once there by your resort reservation there should be a link to check in online.

If its not there you need to call Tech support :goodvibes

Hey, the link is there but when I click it I get an error page. Think I'm going to call tomorrow, need to get those room requests in!
