Have just been online at Virgin Holidays to cancel my Universal and Seaworld excursion tickets that I had booked with my holiday.
Had expected an admin charge for this, but they have taken my £189 online booking discount off me. Is this right? Has anyone got any experience with this? When I phoned, the guy told me I would have to phone back tomorrow when the system has been updated, but as far as I can see it already has.
Have I just thrown money away?
