Probably a stupid question but if I am claiming missing miles for my last holiday do I have to put in the details for both flights or will it give me all the miles if I put in the outward flight with the booking number?

I will move this over to Trip Planning, as I am sure someone will have the answer there :)

Thanks - I wasn't sure it should go in in planning as it's not strictly planning... although I suppose I will be using my miles to contribute to our 2010 trip!

you have to claim the miles for there and back, as it doesnt do it automatically, hope this helps!!

Thankyou - it doesn't seem to like the details for the return flight. I must be putting them in wrong... best dig out the paperwork and check my facts.

Yes - I had the wrong flight number in my head for some reason. All done now though - thankyou :thumbsup2
