Hi All, I'm due to go to Orlando in Nov 9 (cant wait) We're booked to stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot page 106 of the virgin brochure. When trying to find reviews for this hotel, I get confused becuase there are about 4/5 fairfield hotels in Orlando. I have managed to narrow it down to a choice of two possibilites that it can be either be the one on Vineland Road or the one on Canada Avenue. Whats really puzzling is that sometimes the hotel is called faifield inn int. drve, then fairfield inn universal, then fairfield inn & marriot int driver arrrrggggggghhhhhh, can you see my point. Hopefully someone could clear it up for me, i hope its teh one on 5614 vineland road, I cant find any reviews for the hotel on canada avenue.

I just had a look on the Fairfield website, the photo for the "Canada ave" Inn is the same as the Virgin brochure so I would think that this is the one.Canada ave is one street along from I-drive(if you're looking up from Mickey D's at the bottom.Sorry never stayed there as we always stay in Lake Buena Vista.

This is the first time I have posted on this site, but thought I'd give you my views on the Fairfield Inn & Suites.
Myself and my hubby stayed there for the first time last year. It is a very basic hotel with no bar or anywhere to sit and relax. But we found it was in such a good location that we have booked to stay there again this December. :cool1: It is right near TGI Fridays and just off of International Drive. You can even walk to Universal if you wanted to. (Bit of a trek though)

The free breakfast is really handy and is in small dining area near reception. Although there is no bar, there is a great pub very near by (O'Shucks).

thanks for the reply Latel, its good to speak to someone who has stayed at this Hotel. We're four lads so were not too bothered about no bar there etc... as long as the location is good. Hope you have a good holiday if anything has changed I will let you know

Cheers

Just so that you're sure, it is on Canada Avenue.

Have a great time - How could you not!!!! :Pinkbounc
