Hi

We are flying UC in April and for our return we have a car picking us up from our hotel to take us the MCO courtesy of Virgin. Does anybody know if they notify you what time they will pick you up from the hotel or is this done in the US?

When I've used it I have always arranged it via UC reservations before I have left the UK.
Make it a time to suit you as often I wanted to get to the airport earlier for the clubhouse though that's not such an issue at MCO.

Yes, you can just call reservations to arrange the pick-up time. The Delta lounge at MCO isn't great, so don't arrange it for too early if you can help it. If you would rather do it when you are in the US, or need to make any changes, you can call 1-800 (821)-5438. Have a great trip!

Hi, we're flying UC in April too and arranged pickup from VWL when I booked the flights. I don't particularly want to spend longer than I have to at MCO, so we're being collected 2 hrs before the flight.

Whilst the Delta lounge isn't a patch on a clubhouse, I'd still leave a little more time to enjoy a couple of drinks and snacks before the flight.

We are staying at OKW. Do we need to leave three hours to check in and get through security or should we leave more time?

3 hours is plenty. If you haven't checked in before you won't be too long at MCO check in.

You might want to get something to eat before you go airside as this is pretty limited at MCO.
There is no food as such in the delta lounge, only snacks.

The Hyatt Regency probably does the best food at the airport but it is also probably the dearest.
There's plenty of alternatives though.

Hi when we flew with them last time gave them mobile number and they rang day beofore to confirm flights and on day as filght was elayed 2 hrs so the rearranged to leave us in OKW 2 hrs longer rather than mco. woth giving them a contact number if you can.

Hi Tina, we're going on 7th Apr and returning early flight Thur 17th. We're staying in AKV and VWL. I love OKW - are you DVC members?

Yes we are and we love it. Basically the points enable us to get a two bedroom villa at OKW for two weeks every other year as unfortunately we have to holiday during school breaks as my sister is a teacher. It also enables us to take other family members along.

Hope you have a great hols, I'm so excited, don't know how I'm going to last.

You too, Tina. We are also restricted to school hols and couldn't resist April this year as the school break falls after Easter in March - hopefully it won't be quite as mad in the parks. Joan
