Virgin Atlantic late departures

Hi! Have been reading the forums for some time but this is my first post.

I'm flying to Orlando on Sunday on VS027 but it has been leaving late for ages. Anybody know why?

Hi, i've been watching the flights aswell, not sure why they are leaving late so often but looks like they left on time today.

Virgin have been bottom of the punctuality league tables for scheduled airlines for years but people still use them

Went recently from Manchester & that was 1hr late but the return flight took off on time. Always a drag at the airport.

I dont count anything under an hour as a delay- esp in Gatwick where it can be a nightmare! Just relax you will get there eventually!

We left about 45 minutes late on Dec 29th, VS027, as a couple of passengers were late boarding but we landed dead on time

We landed about 3 and a half hours late at Gatwick on the 30th Dec, I think a passenger had been ill on the flight on the way out to MCO which delayed the flight.

Hi,
We flew out on December 14th on VS027 and it was more than 2 hours late "due to the late arrival of the incoming aircraft" Same delay and same reason when we returned on the VS028 on January 4th. The return flight was 4 cabin crew short due to staffing issues. I asked a member crew about recent delays and she said they are very short staffed at the moment and have had one aircraft out of service for a while.

I know it was three days after the security problems were annouced in the summer but my VS0027 flight left at 7.30pm eight hours late arrived in MCO at midnight their time.
