Virgin and dme

I read somewhere that if you can get your disney holiday reservation number out of Virgin you can still use the DME. Does anyone know if this is true and if so how do you get the number out of them?

Yes it's true as I've done ot twice on our last two holidays there and it saves so much time waiting for cases and carrying them around !!

Have you tried calling DME and asking them? I have booked DME for our trip but can't remember if I needed to give a ressie number or just a date of arrival. I have however booked direct with WDW.
