I took a RIP tour in October. It was my first tour and it was excellent! Next trip we will be doing the VIP tour at Universal. You can do Universal, IOA or both. For us it was exciting, informational and well worth the price. It was an experience that made us feel special and we had great fun doing it. I suppose it didnt hurt that 3/4 of our group never showed up so we ended up being a group of 4, what a blast!

if someone has the express pass and hhn tix, and has been to several hhn nights, is it still advantageous to do a RIP tour?

Simply put.

Peak night-120 minute for a house...around 30 to 45 for Express wait...RIP no wait.

Peak night, five hours (Four hours on a non-peak)-all houses, great seats for Bill and Ted all part of the tour.

i hear ya but the way i do the parks for hhn, i never have more than a 10 minute wait, especially when i am with my fellow chain saw wolf members.

one exception this past year was at PUTS

only have gone to hhn 18 times and always with the express pass.

to do something different, maybe i should check out the RIP for one of the hhn nights next october. i'm always up to try something new.
