Even more so than Tokyo? Would love to visit DisneySea but heard the waits there are ridiculous.

It can get crowded in Tokyo, but with a good plan, you can get very far. But I am not sure if they have the VIP tour available for the public in Tokyo. Originally it was with Japanese guides only, then it completely disappeared from the website.
