VIP seaing for Flower Power

Last year I was able to get VIP seating for a Flower Power concert at EPCOT because I was a DVC member. I will be at EPCOT 4/07 and wanted to go again. Does anyone know if the VIP seating is always available for all Flower Power concerts for DVC members? Is there limited availability?

I was just there last May and Oct and all I saw was a line for Handicap on the left side if your looking towards the stage and a line on the right for everyone else. In Oct for the beach boys and three dog night the line on the right went all the way to Germany. Last May I asked about the DVC seating and was told they didn't do it anymore.
