Violinist Question

Has anyone used the violinist for an intimate? I want to surprise DF by walking down the isle to "Kiss the Girl" from the little mermaid. That was the first movie he ever bought for my daughter when he first met her. He later adopted her, and the movie is just close to our heart. He has always sung that song to me.

We are getting married at Sunset Point, and I am wondering how the violinist sounds. And I am also curious to how Kiss the Girl would be on the violin. I wonder if maybe it would be better just to use a portable cd player?

I was worried about this too...I wondered how one solo violin could sound good playing Disney songs.

But, as with all things Disney, I shouldn't have worried!!!

The violinist sounded WONDERFUL!

DH's song was "Can you feel the love tonight?" and I have to admit, I couldn't hear it much 'cause I was standing a little ways away.

My song was "Once upon a dream" and I nearly cried when I heard it played by a solo violin. It was sooo breathtaking!

Unfortunately, even if you hear the violinist on some of the videos, I don't think it does it justice, you know? It sounds so clear and beautiful in person.

Okay, I am glad that it will sound good! I'm not too worried about how it will sound on video. I have an instrumental version of it that I can send to Stan if he needs to dub over it.

Also, I would rather have the violinist stand down with DF and start playing when I start coming down to them. It doesn't matter if I can hear the music very well, the song is for DF from me, so I want him to be able to hear it the best.
