We heard this from the former exec chef (she's now with Napa Rose) when we had dinner at Napa Rsoe last weekend. Partner Dude and I will most definitely miss this restaurant. I didn't particulary care for things this past year - I really did enjoy the 3- and 4-course menus with the wine pairings - when they went to ala carte dining, but the waitstaff and kitchen were always wonderful.

I don't go crazed when other things close down and I won't go crazed over this, but I am disappointed. I will miss my Vineyard at Dusk martini.....
