Villians Store?

Long ago on my last visit I'm sure I went to a villians store in HS. I don't see it. Is it gone? Did I dream it?

That store is on Sunset Boulevard on the way to Tower of Terror and Rockin Roller Coaster. When I went in February and May, that store was closed both times. I'm not sure if it's open now.

Still closed two weeks ago when we were there.

I could be mistaken but I think that store closed wayyyy before the pandemic. I believe it closed before they closed the sweet shope that was there probably 5+ years ago. If were taking about the same store on the left side walking down sunset blvd

There’s still the small store that Tower of Terror dumps out into. They have a small amount of villains stuff.

You'll find villains stuff at many of the shops. They just aren't concentrated in the one store like they used to be.

This is why we're hoping the fifth gate (if ever) will be a Villains-themed park, or at least have a Villains Themed land (maybe with Wakanda as another land in there).

Seriously doubt there will be a fifth gate ever. But for the sake of argument, if they were to develop a fifth gate I can't see the entire park being villain themed.

True BUT .....

You know how there is the line of Disney books that tell the other side, like Wicked style. They could have attractions based on the stories, including the "precious" characters but looking at it from the Villains point of view. Not just the traditional, could have Darth Vader, Zurg, etc.

I know it will never happen, but they really need to stop ignoring the cash cow Villains are. Two Unleash the Villains completely insane and packed, Club Villain was great but they didn't diversify to get repeats AND you had to have a park ticket too, Villains After Hours did well, Villain lines at MNSSHP always long ... for many of us they are our people. I will throw money at them for Villains merchandise and events ... a park - would be the cherry on top.

But I'll settle for events, character meals, more merch AND .... a Haunted Mansion hotel AND a Haunted Mansion TS in MK. [move HOP to EPCOT where it belongs and use that valuable real estate for HM TS with varying rooms like BOG. Ballroom, Cemetery and Attic.]

There will definitely be a fifth gate. It is a certainty that WDW in it's present form is not complete for eternity (and that was before UO upped the ante). Covid slowed it for sure. It's just a matter of what it will comprise. My bet remains on villains, Wakanda and a Maleficent themed coaster called Villified.
