I'm still grimacing about not booking the soirée! Grrrrr....I just don't think our daughter could hang that late fir the 11:45 sitting. It's her birthday day and it's going to be filled with other birthday surprises. Can't help but feel like we're missing out! Especially with no Maleficient in the park!

That's what they said, you know how that goes though Yes I am going with this Patrick I like the idea of after Hallowishes for HM, as far as all the other stuff it's 2 things Sleepy Hollow and pop my head into Club Villian..don't think there's enough time in btwn parade and Hallowishes ?

I think you can squeeze those two things in between since you have the reserved spot to come back to.. You were planning on getting back to that spot correct?

Last year we stood in front of the HM and watched Carlita that's her name ? For like 20 mins took video of her just had us dying ..

Now we get to stay late! I'm thinking it wii be "magical" walking out of MK without a crowd. Taking photo here.

Feel free to tell me what I am missing, time wise if something doesn't look right Ok ? I've been to a ton of these parties so my must do list is short:

Here's my thinking Get there at 3:30, head right to will call/GR whatever to pick up soiree' credentials...isn't that special feel like paparazzi LOL and then get on the party entry line for 4 pm entrance.

Hopefully will have a FP+ starting at 4 for 7DMT. Not sure what I want to try and find for the other 2 FP+

This hopefully leaves me 5 pm to 7:30 pm to do whatever wanted before official check in near castle for soiree check in for 8:15 parade.hoping to get picture with The Hag Witch right near 7DMT.. depends on line..watch parade,

Hopefully get even better shots of the awesome pics I got last year of headless horseman, when parade is near end, shoot over to Sleepy Hollow for that Pumpkin Spiced Ice cream waffle I am craving ...pop my head into Club Villain see if I can see that Ratcliffe guy from Pocohontas

Get back to spot for Hallowishes..when that's over go do whatever until :

Be near the castle CRT/podium by 11:15 latest for a 11:25 check in for 11:45
reservation Politely Poo Poo CMs demanding get upstairs and get pics with Villains in lobby

Only MUST do I have is HM somewhere along the line AND all the magic shots I can get ...we'll see

I love reading all these posts each night! We are going on 10/21 to the second seating. Husband, Granddaughter (her 8th Birthday celebration) and me! I dont think we will have to worry about granddaughter falling asleep she has ADHD and never sleeps more than a few hours (She lives with me)!! We have the whole day off until 2pm and are taking the next morning off also.

We have a fast pass for the Haunted Mansion at 6:30 will it be dark by then? Also I read that the Haunted Mansion CMs are dressed up more on MNSSHP night, will they be dressed up more by 6:30 or should I change this fast pass?

I bought her the "new" Aurora dress that has long beautiful sleeves, will it be to hot to wear? She doesnt like the heat. She wants me to cut the sleeves off which I guess I could do, but I hate cutting up a $90 dress!!

Anythings we should not miss with an 8yo that loves thrill rides. We have 4 MK days so plenty of time to get things done, but if there is something specific to the party we shouldnt miss please let me know!!

Character meets....Granddaughter will never stand in line for more than 1/2 hour or so. Is there any point in time where the lines get this short for the more popular characters?

Can't wait for more parties to happen so I can read more details!! I Love what I have seen and read so far!!

We are going on a night that only has the one seating. So I am hoping that things won't be rushed.

It looks as if they have added two soiree's to every night. They changed the wording on the website.

"taking place at both 10:15 PM and 11:45 PM on each night of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party."

Get there 3:30 get bands, party ticket..

Hit some candy stations on way back to fantasy land do some rides hit jungle cruise some dole whip a lot of that... Lol hit tomorrow land come check in for parade..

Used to have to stakeout a curb 1 hour before parade don't have to do that anymore..

After the parade hit HM then come back for wishes.

Be about 9:50 then hit pirates and TMR, Splash mountain. Some trick or treat candy no a lot of candy..

Then check in for the soiree...

Have a blast there..

Leave 12 am and close the park.. Staying at BLT with a nice shirt walk to the hotel..

Seem ok?
